I had an awful experience with the fish and chips at this place. Honestly, it was barely edible. The fish had clearly been fried three or four times—it wasn’t fresh at all. To make matters worse, there was barely any actual fish left inside. What remained was this rubbery layer, almost like chewing on a piece of banana peel. Absolutely disappointing! The staff are fine, but the fish and chips is unacceptable
Greta was our fabulous waitress ! She waited for my partner to return before coming over to take our order. Very pleasant, lovely mannered, checked in on us a couple of times. Food was great, very fast service even though it was super busy! We had a window seat which was lovely to watch the planes. Thank you for your fab service Greta!
Had a fantastic experience at the Bridgwater Exchange before our flight. The drinks were great, I enjoyed a lovely glass of wine, and the service was excellent from start to finish. My son had the bacon cheeseburger, which he absolutely loved, and we ended up ordering quite a few drinks overall because everything was so good. A special mention has to go to our server, AK, who was friendly, attentive, and really made the visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Perfect spot to unwind before travelling. Highly recommended.
