Shambolic. Soul destroying. Food ordered twenty minutes ago, still twelve orders ahead of mine. Avoid this place like the plague! Update: Half an hour wait, in the end, and the food is as bad as the wait. For the price, this experience has left me feeling like I’ve been interfered with.
Dreadful experience this morning at Manchester Airport, one person on the till and one making food. You expect the price to be higher due to the location but expect the food to be of a good standard. Bacon Double Cheeseburger was barely warm with not just undercooked but raw bacon. Took it back to the till just to be told by the server “I’ll get rid of that for you”, no apology or offer of a replacement that was cooked properly. Place was dirty and only 1 of the 3 soft drink dispensers working with limited choice. Absolutely shambolic.
I tried the Wagyu Burger, it was very nice. The Halloumi Fries were nice too. The service was a bit slow, despite boasting their average delivery time of 3-4 minutes.
