Today at around 11:00 AM, I attempted to purchase food from your KFC branch located inside Manchester Airport (Terminal 2 ) I had just arrived after a long drive to pick up a passenger, and I was very hungry. I went to your branch and placed my order. After placing the order, I was informed that only card payments were accepted and that cash payments were not possible. I explained that I did not have my card with me and that I could only pay in cash. However, the staff refused to provide the food and stated that they do not accept cash under any circumstances. I mentioned that this issue was related to their payment system and that I should not be held responsible for it. Nevertheless, instead of offering any assistance or solution, the staff responded in a rude and dismissive manner, telling me that I could “complain wherever I wanted.” I experienced significant inconvenience due to both the refusal to accept cash and the unprofessional attitude of the staff. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and the necessary action be taken. It's impossible for your cash register to be broken down in such a crowded area... Besides, it's not my problem anyway. Thank you.
We love our tradition of KFC when travelling through T3. Super efficient, professional and smiling staff approx 15.15hrs on 29th October. Pass on the praise to them as they always work incredibly hard and we're very grateful.
I just ate there. Friendly workers, but didn't feel the chicken or chips were cooked enough. I have been stuck in T3's small bathroom for ages. Don't recommend eating if you have a sensitive stomach.
