Put a online order from this store with just eat and the lack of respect this place has for you spending hard earned money is ridiculous. I ordered 2 - 5 Select Meals, a Big Mac meal, 3 Cheese Dippers and a Chicken Wrap. Now they sent the meals in a big bag until I open it only for it all to be forced in a small bag in the big bag and not only that they put all the fries on top of the stuffed in pile with all the barbecue sauces on top of everything. Now I ask why stuff it all into a small bag then into a big one but most importantly why would any restaurant that should know health and safety put fries on top then all the sauces knowing how many staff have their hands in and out of the sauce boxes? We didn’t eat the fries I wouldn’t be able not to think have these staff washed their hands. Anyone service food should wear gloves but counter staff should put sauces in separate bags not on top of open food. Showing the pic of all food squashed in a small bag and sauces over all the fries
I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. My order was completely wrong — items were missing and what I did receive wasn’t what I asked for. On top of that, the service was extremely slow. I waited far longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at the time. I understand mistakes happen, but there didn’t seem to be any urgency or care to fix the issue. Definitely not the standard I expect from a global chain like McDonald’s.
Came through the drive through and all my food was fresh, correct and fast even during a busy time when I had visited. I was served by a lovely young boy called katie? He greeted me and made sure my order was correct, which I appreciate. Overall I am pleased with my visit!
