Dropped in for a quick bite to eat whilst out doing some last minute Christmas shopping, I was helped by a member of staff called zakia, she was very lovely and helpful, she provided me with table service and even nipped back to counter to get me some sauces for me to try, the food was lovely and tasty and prepared quickly and the lobby was clean and tidy, the toilets were also very clean and smelt fresh which was a surprise as a regular eater at McDonald's im used to the toilets being filthy All round it was a very good trip and worth my time and money and will ve visiting again!! The star of the show was Zakia she was excellent ⭐️
Amazing service from Zakia today at KFC Wythenshawe. She was so friendly, patient and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My food was hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered it, and she still took the time to check everything was OK even though it was busy. Zakia honestly made the whole visit feel smoother and more positive – she’s a credit to the team and a big reason I’ll be coming back to this branch. Her smile is contagious 😁.
Most worst service .....chicken got finished customers keep on waiting . Most lazy staff on packing and kitchen . Poor management no backup. One staff or max 2 on packing most worst kfc
