I would absolutely love to give 5 stars for the amazing doctors and medical staff. They deserve it! However, whats made me knock one star off is the receptionist. Most receptionists at the range are lovely, but there is this one member of reception who delivers her words in a sarcastic, dehumanising tone. Because I have a stuttering issue and have a hard time getting my words out she sighed as loud as possible and interrupted me as I was talking and ended the call before I even got a chance to thank her. It’s almost as if she is bored of her job… or me. Or both. And with the current situation with the job market, she’s taking a huge risk. It’s not hard to be kind and patient. After seeing reviews here mentioning the same issue with this one lady, I think it’s safe to say it still hasnt been dealt with. And it’s not my first run in with this particular woman either. However on a lighter note, the doctors and other medical staff are wonderful, kind, and deal with things as quickly and efficiently as possible! But that receptionist gives the whole clinic a bad name.
I had an excellent experience with Dr susan.she was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The appointment never felt rushed, and I really appreciated their calm, professional manner. The staff was also friendly and efficient, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I left feeling confident in the care I received and would highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate provider
I had a very positive experience with Dr Buck. She listened carefully to all my concerns and helped me with the right medication. Her approach was kind, patient, and reassuring. I felt truly heard and supported throughout the consultation. I’m grateful for their professionalism and the time they took to explain everything clearly. Highly recommended.
