I don’t even want to write about how bad the practice is, absolutely horrendous! I would give it a 0. I had a bypass the wound had infection, I was told that it was normal and you’ll be fine. I asked for nurse and was told, he could not send one. I’ve been in hospital for over 2 weeks and still in a lot of pain. My chemist provided me with better care by sending me to A and E.
If there was way to give it zero. I had to phone surgery from the front door due to strict SOPs which i understand and respect. I just had to collect a letter for my blood test, lady answered the phone could see me and she put the phone on wait after getting my details. I thought she might print the letter and give it to me but clearly not. She put the phone down and started enjoying her tea and snacks. After couple of minutes she just left the reception. I was waiting outside in freezing cold, after sometime another receptionist came in and she took the phone from hold and asked the details again and let me in. Later the girl came back and started discussing her makeup and dresses with the manager while there was another woman waiting for registration and couple of others too. I was late to the appointment due to all this. The girl who finally served me was polite and helpful but everyone else in the reception are complete let down
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The services are ridiculous and the way some of the doctors and receptionists speak to their patients is disgusting. My mum's English is limited and after having a telephone appointment, the doctor was impatient and raised her voice shouting "LISTEN LISTEN". When my mum handed a form to be completed by the doctor and said she'd pay after it was ready, the receptionist turned around and slammed it down on the desk. This practice shouldn't remain open.
