Although is New store open in Wythenshawe But they have a good variety of frozen food and fresh food many drinks compared to the market is a cheap the customer are very happy. I’m very happy the Customer Service is very good. I love it.
Very disappointed with my visit to this Farmfoods. They do not have toilet facilities for customers, which is difficult enough, but the staff’s reaction was the real issue. When I asked for help or an exception, the staff literally smiled and laughed at the situation. It’s incredibly unprofessional to treat customers with such a lack of basic empathy. The new location is fantastic, but the quality of the products is disappointing. I purchased a walnut that was quite old and had an unpleasant taste. The staff members were not particularly helpful. The section for vegetables and fruits is rather small, and the produce there appears to be old.
