I got told when I did a shop here inside that when we do a delivery or online (still a delivery) that there is no charge for the bags and I’ve just been charged. I don’t mind being charged but if I am being charged why the hell would this store squash all my shopping into two bloody bags? One bag has 3 loaves and 2-6pk of crisps the other had 2pks of waffle fries-6pk of crisps-chocolate orange-6pk barms and a 3ltr Pepsi. So if you are going to charge for bags don’t squash your customers food, they pay you good money for
This store has an issue with delivering yogurt clearly ! EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE INCLUDING THE BIO YOGURT TUB IT IS EITHER 2-3 DAYS EXPIRY DATE or ITS BROKEN AND THE TUB IS LEAKING BUT THIS TIME TOPS IT. They put the yogurt tub in the same bag as raw mince and raw chicken, the tub was broken and has leaked INTO BOTH RAW ITEMS !! The staff in this store are lazy and incompetent and DO NOT CHECK ITEMS BEFORE THEY JUST THROW IT INTO YOUR BASKET ! I’m getting fed up with iceland all together. FYI I had to clean all the yogurt off the tub to find out where it was cracked that’s why it looks clean !
Best staff ever kind and helpful friendly To the head of iceland stop taking the mick out of your staff the uber eat pick up n drop off not iceland staff issuise it's uber let them do it like how other customers do it it disrespecting your staff qualitys for the uber eat and sad to see it as a customers view don't value the walking people as it is class a que jumping making ur staff to extra for uber when they get the service charge not iceland staff at wythenshawe are great and you are undervalue them and the walking customers
