Not all staff but just this one particular staff was really rude. She has no manners and I think she should be fired the way she speaks to people with mental health is ridiculous and I will be making a formal complaint about her. I have never ever had such problem in my life When it comes to dealing with anyone in this surgery I have been a patient for almost over 21 years and the level of disrespect that that receptionist has her name is Hadi look out for her and if she ever put you in this situation, make a formal complaint
Just came from there now. The receptionist with blue eyes and blonde mid-length hair told me city gate surgery closes at 3pm but internet is clearly showing it’s open. She was condescending and disrespectful especially as the all I needed was to speak to the doctor regarding my baby. Once she finished speaking rudely she slammed the door. People like her should be kept away from people facing roles as she cannot act with professionalism.
