Excellent service from Arch Medical Practice. The reception staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. The GPs are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I have always felt respected and well cared for here. I have never used the NHS before as I have always had private insurance (working in the Middle East). I have attended the Arch Medical Practice twice this month and the care that I receive was world class, a big thank you to Dr Couper for her professionalism and excellent care. Thank you to the staff for being super friendly and helpful. I am so grateful to you all.
Had to drop off a sample to be sent off and so I arrived at 6pm (half an hour before closing!) and was told they wouldn't take it as samples had already been sent off that day. There is 0 guidance anywhere that suggests what time they send samples off. Since it was a Friday night, I'd now have to repeat the sample due to it being time sensitive with the practice being closed over the weekend, before I could even walk back in to request more pots upon realising this, the staff had locked the practice door on me claiming they were closed, probably because they couldn't be bothered having someone walk in where they've already cleaned. Furthermore, my condition I've been visiting about causes me unbearable pain which the practice won't even prescribe pain killers for.
