Bought a wireless charger from them guy was saying we wont take returns but unfortunately i didn’t understand those magical words that there things are not good so people brings them back not recommended due to my bad experience
Absolutely terrible experience! The customer service here is beyond rude – I felt like they couldn’t care less about their customers. I tried to return an item, and they refused to even consider it, acting as if I was completely unreasonable for expecting a return policy to be honored. Zero professionalism, zero respect for customers, and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs!
