Nice customer service and quality work; however there's an issue of miscommunication or dishonesty. I was told I could get my screen changed for £40 and the back repaired for £15. However, on collection where the back wasn't fixed due to the part being unavailable, rather than just charging £40 honestly for the job done as agreed, the £15 magically turned into a service fee. Ask for a written breakdown of what you're paying for so you don't come back to prices being switched up.
