Perfect location being very central. The rooms are typical size but well equipped and the decorating makes it special. Bathroom was good although difficult not to soak the bathroom floor when using the rainfall shower. Breakfast was excellent with something to satisfy everyone's taste and the coffee was very good. I only knocked one star off service because when waiting to get served at the bar they seemed to prioritise getting things ready for a Xmas party rather than paying guests and therefore service was VERY slow.

Stayed here for two nights for my 30th birthday.|Great hotel. Friendly helpful staff on reception, Kosta was very accommodating! We needed the duvet and pillows changing from feathered ones to normal and it was sorted immediately! |Got upgraded from a standard room to a room with a view which was much appreciated! Rooms are fabulous! The shower was to die for and the heated floor was such a well appreciated luxury! Bed very comfy! ||Only minor points to make, there was a slight smell of sewage at some points, which I can understand sometimes can’t be helped but was a bit disappointing especially in such a nice hotel. ||The noise of the trams did disturb my sleep even on the 5th floor but that also can’t be helped by the hotel. ||The rooms did feel a-bit stuffy with having no opening windows but there is a system in the room where you can have heating, cooling and a fan so can be made more comfortable.

Hotel was okay. Location great right by the Town Hall. Staff helpful and friendly. We had a suite (room 605) which was well laid out with a balcony , a bottle of bubbly on arrival and a fantastic bathroom. There were some stains on the rug and furniture and it looked like it had not been dusted in a while. Being a suite booked for 2 people i was surprised we only had 1 bottle of water left in the tiniest of hotel fridges I have ever seen and it didn't keep things cool. Also first suite in any hotel I have ever stayed in that had no mini-bar.
