About
A cloud kitchen specialising in Kerala cuisine, this spot is known for its biriyani, particularly the pothi biriyani, which combines spices and elements in a distinctive way. Dishes like fish pollichathu, beef roast with porotta, and chicken dumplings biryani feature prominently. The alfaham and mandi are also part of the menu, alongside accompaniments such as payasam and pickle. Portions are described as substantial, and the food is presented with attention to detail. The kitchen operates discreetly, with no obvious storefront, making it a place sought out by those familiar with its location.

This is a cloud kitchen concept where if you visit for the first time, it's difficult to locate where the restaurant is. Hence, I have attached the pictures here which might be helpful. As you enter you would see a seating area, that's the main dining place. You then need to check which restaurant you are ordering from, note that kitchen number, go through a door to the desired kitchen, place your order and then the food would be delivered to you in the dining area. Phew! Quite a task but it's all worth it when you eat this amazing Kerala food. We visited here on a Saturday afternoon and decided to take it away. Ordered beef fry (outstanding dish, crispy beef, nicely coated with spices and curry leaves 5/5) with this we got kerala Parotta. Then we got idiyappam with chicken roast - which is a thick gravy and I would rate that a 4/5 as the Idiyappam were too tiny and thin. Next we got a Kanthari half Mandi which is flavourful rice with even flavourful chicken which deserves a 5/5, and a Chicken Biryani 4/5. I would love to try some more food from here. All of the food costed roughly £42 and was shared between 2 and we couldn't finish everything in 1 go. The paratha was fresh and not frozen. You can even order online through various delivery platforms. Parking is a bit tight here but would highly recommend the food 😉
I have ordered from this place multiple times and always loved the taste. Yesterday I got to meet the team too who made such delicious food. We also ended up having paroota beef with chicken dumplings biryani I loved the paroota as it was such perfect same as back home ended up ordering more to bring home. If in Manchester do try them❤️
Pothi biriyani and fish pollichathu, love their pothi biriyani all elements work well together. I do prefer my biriyani hotter temperature wise this one is only warm. The coconut cham is also missing some flavour, can't quite pinpoint what. Fish is lovely goes well with the biriyani. Small shared sitting area you can dine in, staff friendly.
