Premier Inn Manchester City (Piccadilly) hotel

I had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Inn on Dale Street in Manchester. Around 5 PM, I headed down to the restaurant for a meal. Shortly after, I noticed a blind gentleman entering the dining area by himself. A staff member warmly welcomed him, guided him to a table, and made sure he was settled in comfortably. ||The female staff member took his drink order and returned with his beverage and a menu. She then took the time to sit with him, patiently describing the menu items and helping him place his order. From a distance, it was clear that she exhibited exceptional patience and genuine care in her service.||As someone who has lived in Manchester for over 50 years, I have become increasingly disheartened by the city's growing indifference. However, witnessing the kindness and attention your staff member provided to this gentleman was one of the most heartwarming experiences I've encountered and will remain with me forever. For once, I felt a sense of pride in being a Mancunian.||While I found all the staff at your Dale Street hotel to be excellent, this particular employee truly deserves special recognition.

I'm from Saudi Arabia and my name is Jihan. My booking was on 23.12.2026 / It was a truly wonderful experience with exceptional service from reception, the hotel staff, and room service. The room was very clean, spacious, and tidy. There was an extra sofa bed provided without prior request, and all the room's amenities were clean and tidy. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean and organized. I would like to extend a special thank you to the hotel management for providing the best possible service to guests. I also wanted to thank the staff by name, but I've forgotten their names, sorry. Before leaving the hotel, I spoke with some of the staff for about an hour. I enjoyed our conversations and we got to know each other. They were very impressed that I was from Saudi Arabia. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It created a beautiful memory for me in Manchester.

The location is excellent, it is only a 5 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. It is also about 15 minutes on foot from Piccadilly Gardens, where you can find many shops, restaurants, and city life. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel also has a very cozy bar, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The staff were highly professional and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms are modern, very comfortable, and well equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again without any doubt.
