⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Cozy, Welcoming Gem in Manchester||AC Hotel Marriott Manchester is truly a cool and cozy spot right in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — exactly what you need after a long day. I also loved the restaurant–bar setup; stylish, relaxed, and perfect for unwinding.||The location is central, making it easy to get around and enjoy Manchester. But what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful.||A special shout-out to Subh — his service was exceptional. He was attentive, fast, and thoughtful; he listened, asked the right questions, and made sure every need was covered. That kind of service stays with you.||It was our first time in Manchester, and this hotel made us feel right at home. Great memories and definitely a place I’d come back to. Highly recommended!

I love my upgraded room with its corner location and plenty of windows as well as all the amenities such as robe, slippers, toiletries and mini bar - especially the KitKat! Breakfast is always delicious and the staff are really friendly and helpful throughout. My go-to Manchester hotel for good reason.

I did not even stay at this hotel, yet I was still charged €200. After receiving a scam message linked to my booking, I was explicitly told by the hotel / Guest Relations that they would handle the cancellation for me. They didn’t. Despite being assured this was dealt with, my card was charged anyway. When I tried to resolve it, the response was shocking. Jaime was completely unhelpful, and Amit from Guest Relations offered no real solution or accountability. The only thing I was offered was a 20% discount on a future stay for a hotel I never stayed in. For a Marriott branded hotel, this is an extremely poor standard of customer service. Being charged for a stay that never happened and then brushed off with a discount voucher is unacceptable. No ownership and no regard for the customer. Avoid as they do not care about their customers.
