About
This multi-storey car park near Piccadilly station provides pre-booking via an app with automated number plate recognition for entry and exit. Some visitors have found the app assistance helpful and noted the space available for parking. However, it has gained notoriety for frequent vehicle break-ins and theft, with reports of stolen wheels, dash cameras and other parts, as well as smashed windows. The car park has faced criticism over claims of inadequate security measures.
Customer Reviews
Just don't park here, your car will be damaged or have parts stolen. Mine had its rear wheel stolen. This isn't a smash and grab car park, it's targeted. NCP won’t help you and they say there is no CCTV in place; for that reason the police will not investigate.
I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star but no option for zero. Absolutely do not park your car here under any circumstances. As per most reviews here there is an array of damage and theft. I returned to this car park and my car had been fully stolen. Window had been smashed and they’ve taken it. Called NCP who clearly do not care about the safety of the vehicles here, as there is next to no lighting or barriers and when speaking to someone on the phone when I had highlighted this has been stolen there was no attempt on making an incident report.
Not the easiest of places to drive to intitally, however very helpful NCP assistants via the app & very spacious car park. Easy pre-book, no need to be scanning in or out as the car park has vehicle reg cameras to do this for you. Easy walk to places in central Manchester, would visit this one again for ease of access.
