Good central location and for a multi story carpark it's relatively easy to get around in a medium sized car. If you are staying over night the price isn't to bad for 24 hrs,the problem is anything over 5 hrs falls into the same price bracket which seems a little underhand. It's a really shame because other than that this is a well kept facilitie in a great location.
Excellent customer service by a young man today didn’t catch his name but had an Australian accent. I seemed to forgot where I parked my car and was going round in circles as you can imagine it can be frustrating and it was late I was also unsure on how to use the machines as I didn’t know how to get to where I parked . However this young man honestly very friendly, very helpful as well as professional managed to help me find where I parked and guided me on where the nearest machine is, 10/10 service the guy deserves a pay rise and some recognition !!
Well lit, easy to get in and out of car park. Alas, spaces mostly have a huge metal column on the entrance corner, making parking awkward unless you have a v small car. Machine to pay was down, paid online after leaving. Very expensive, £11 for less than 2 hours! It's cheaper if pre-pay.
