My car was stolen from around 8PM. Tried to obtain CCTV but apparently the camera’s didnt work. The camera had a red light which shows it was recording. Secure car park yhh? Nonsense. Please do not park here. If you do and your vehicle gets broken into… expect zero help from the provider “Total P Car Parks”.

I was doing a course at the local hotel with work so I looked for a local car park. I used the car park on Tuesday no issues with the provided automated telephone number on the board. The next day in the morning at the same time I came to use the car park and it didn't allow me to use the exact same card. So after going through all the automated options and looking for a number to contact a human being or something sort of process whereby I could escalate I found nothing. So I left after 17 minutes as I was getting late for my course. These people have the audacity to send me a £60 fine for a 17 minute usage of their service? Despite me replying to their email they didn't even acknowledge they have no way to be contacted. "No one else had an issue that day" complete fabrication as another lady asked me if I knew how she could pay as she was having issues with the system also. They could use those same cameras to check my events, but it would be easier to just scam wouldn't it. Why would anyone use a car park for 17 minutes whilst you have to drive past 2 hours free parking on the public side road to get into the place. And I was in the car park the entire 17 minutes. I'm going to look at my options to contest. £60 is a lot for me atm to pay for something unreasonable to say the least. Later I found a car park a few minutes away called red bank, it's £3 for the full day and is manned during the day usually. It does have a few pot holes though, but at least they're fair they even give you 3 days to pay in case you forget

Got a fine that was upheld because their system didn’t take the money after I gave it. Be careful out there when paying and check.
