And it got even worser… cant believe what a dingy tiny whole above manchester terminal 2 is payed by lufthansa, austrian and swiss as contract partner lounge. I thought egypt air cairo wins the price for the most ugly one, but this one is close behind. Yea there is seating, some windy tables in front off the window. There is more in a array of 2 separees to call it loyal. The Bar is staffed, bubbles and spirits for purchase as well as upsell packages for prosecco&pizza. The food selection is poor and presented in a cramped area in front of the Bar. Disgusting to call it mildly. Iam not judging the staff at all, they are friendly and play with whats given by the concept. I blame Aspire for such a money making Outlet and Airlines not beeing ashamed for what they pay on them.

The worst lounge I’ve ever been in! Terrible food, the food options were extremely small, hot food cold, terrible seating, the whole place was tiny! Atmosphere was zero!! I’ve filled a complaint to get a refund, £83 for rubbish!! I do not recommend this to anyone! Avoid at all costs!!

Poor lounge. Cramped, dingey, needs a deep clean. Food choices are very basic, akin to a Travelodge breakfast. Is in a random location which is not signposted very well. Booked it because the other lounges were full, but personally we won't bother next time. Charges for things typically included (excluding premium spirits of course).
