Came here to celebrate my partners bday and make use of their jan vegan offer - definitely worth the visit ! Got the falafel sharer plate, disco cauliflower, and the sweet potato. All were gorgeous and yummy. Definitely worth the hype for the cauliflower, beautifully cooked and a divine sauce (would recommend ordering additional pita just to mop it up). Falafel sharer is great for two, a stretch for three, and has a nice good mix of the general vibe of all the small plates for a "sample" of what they offer. Finished off with the vegan ganche, very very rich and smooth. Luxurious and very indulgent - would reccomend sharing if you don't have a sweet tooth

First time visit. Great food and staff are really friendly. The ‘Disco Cauliflower’ is the winner. And the baked cheesecake! Nearly everything can be made gluten free. Definitely recommend.

Such an incredible experience from the service, the atmosphere, and especially the food. Firstly the staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully, and is such a breathe of fresh air - cosy yet spacious. A very welcome space from the bustling streets outside. Most importantly the food: what an experience it is to eat at Maray Manchester. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, the flavours, the effort put into each and every dish on the menu is just exceptional. The roast dinner flavours are absolutely exquisite. It's not just a meal it is a full on experience of flavours and textures. From the oversized Yorkshire puddings to the parsnip puree base, it's safe to say the Roast dinner had our table silenced. Food so good you forget you're at a restaurant. The desserts are the perfect way to round off the show, a bread and butter pudding that has you scraping the plate, and a season special - a delicious Bara Brith with additional hints of caramel, Guinness, and rum flavours. It's nothing short of a masterpiece: personal and comforting. From every point in dining at Maray you can feel the passion from every person behind the scenes. Thank you to the staff, and to the chefs that work so hard. It is an absolute pleasure to dine here, and I'm already planning my return.
