⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Palm Luxury Rentals for saving my wedding day. Some backstory: I had booked a Ferrari 488 Spider and a Rolls Royce with another company months in advance, paying a deposit over 3 months ago. At midnight, the night before my wedding, they suddenly told me the Ferrari had been taken away by the police and I wouldn’t be getting the cars I had booked. I was devastated and stressed beyond words. In desperation, I searched online and came across Palm Luxury Rentals. The first person I spoke to was Adam, and honestly, what an amazing person he is. He was polite, calm, and reassuring, even though it was past midnight. Within hours, he had arranged a Ferrari F8 Tributo in red (an even better car than I originally booked!) and a driver for the morning. At 10am sharp, the chauffeur arrived, and by 3pm I was personally driving the Ferrari myself. Adam went through the whole car with me patiently, without rushing, despite the late hour we were sorting everything out. He even arranged to have the car collected from my house the next day at no extra cost. What really stood out to me was not just the incredible service, but also how affordable their prices are compared to others, especially for the level of cars they offer. The selection they have is amazing, and every car is in immaculate condition you can tell they really take pride in what they do. The service was flawless professional, friendly, and truly above and beyond. Adam and his team checked in with me throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly, which meant so much. The car was stunning, the experience was unforgettable, and thanks to Palm Luxury Rentals, my wedding went from nearly ruined to absolutely perfect.
