I needed a really small car to tide me over while we were buying a new car and rented a great little VW Up from Drivalia for a couple of weeks. This company was so much cheaper than other rental companies. The car was in really good condition and very clean, and the service was courteous, friendly and efficient. One thing to bear in mind is that you need a credit card for the deposit as they won’t accept a debit card. I had trouble using my AMEX credit card to pay, but was eventually able to pay using a payment link they emailed to me whilst I was in the office collecting the car. I would really recommend Drivalia and will certainly be renting cars from them again.
Hired a car from Drivalia Manchester City Centre and couldn’t fault the service. Everything was straightforward from start to finish and the staff were brilliant; Isa was especially helpful- friendly, patient, and made the whole process really easy. Pick up was quick, the car was clean and in great condition, and returning it was just as easy. Great customer service all round. Would definitely recommend and use again!
