The Ark Wellness, I went into my first session feeling very skeptical I’ve tried many different approaches to support my mental health, so I thought I’d give this a try and see what happened. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Martin, who immediately put me at ease. He was easy to talk to, and we discussed what had brought me there before he took my initial readings. We then went through the procedure, and I lay there feeling calm, relaxed, and focused on positive thoughts. After the session, Martin took my readings again, and the results were genuinely surprising — there was a significant improvement and a big positive jump. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walking me through the results and what they meant. It was a lot to take in, but I never felt rushed; everything was explained thoroughly, and the results were later emailed to me as well. Even though I didn’t fully understand every detail at first, Martin showed me other examples so I could see how progress often builds over time. That reassurance made me feel even more confident in the process. I left the session feeling lighter, more positive, and genuinely uplifted — a feeling I hadn’t expected but was incredibly grateful for. Since then, I’ve spoken to friends about my experience, and a few of them are now interested in trying it themselves after seeing the positive impact it had on me.

Influencer hotspot, not for those who actually do Pilates or want to work out. Classes aren’t challenging enough, instructors look like they can’t be bothered. Place is kinda dirty they clearly don’t clean throughout the day. First time impressions went the best…

Absolutely the worst Pilates studio in Manchester. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. The classes are completely unorganized and feel like nobody knows what they’re doing. Sometimes, if there aren’t enough students, the instructors can’t even be bothered to run a proper session — they show up in their street clothes, holding a coffee or even snacks in their hands, and just go through the motions. There’s no structure, no corrections, no engagement — it’s like being taught by random people who walked in off the street. The atmosphere is dull, the music is tiktok coded, and the whole thing feels chaotic and amateurish. Absolutely zero motivation to come back. If you’re serious about Pilates, avoid this place at all costs.
