Customer Reviews
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is pristine and the rooms are just as beautiful as they look in the pictures. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the shower water pressure was perfect. It was so nice to have a kettle and coffee right in the room. The buffet was impressive, the location is perfect for exploring, and the whole process from check-in to check-out was effortless. We will definitely return!
Upon arrival at the Hotel we were very warmly welcomed by the person at reception. I explained we were here to drop our bags prior to getting to our room, as we were visiting the theatre in the afternoon. He directed us to the Euro Car Park down the road, but didn't tell me I needed to pay the Hotel direct to receive the discounted price, so when we arrived at the Car Park, it seemed like we needed to pay there and then, but after contacting the Hotel, I was told no, you need to return to the Hotel to pay, a bit frustrating. Now in 2025/26 we are not going to fallout about £1, but your email states overnight parking is £16, however I was charged £17? When we returned from the theatre and got to our room, I was a little disappointed with the size of the bed, the picture on the confirmation is misleading, we were expecting a King size bed. Let's get to the positives, the room was exceptionally clean, I am a hotelier and but for a couple of random hairs on the wall of the en-suite the room was immaculate. The room was warm, the mattress was very comfortable and the bedding soft and beautifully laundered. We stayed on New Years Eve and the sound proofing allowed us the sleep through the frivolities happening in the street below, which is excellent. We didn't come to watch TV, but I was surprised to find no smart TV in the room. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to all my friends and family, the price considering it was New Years Eve was also very favourable. Thank you for a great stay.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s tucked away in a quiet corner of Manchester city centre, yet still only a 5–10 minute walk from the main shops, restaurants and bars, which made it the perfect base for exploring the city. We stayed in a deluxe double room, which was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the complimentary waters, teas and coffees were a nice touch and a large smart TV. The bathroom was equally impressive, with plenty of space and a powerful shower offering multiple settings. One tip for future guests: try to request a room on one of the higher floors. One side of the building faces the train tracks leading to and from Oxford Road Station and from around 7am it can get a little noisy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Sadia on reception, who was especially welcoming and assisted us with everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic stay, I would definitely return.
