I had such a lovely experience at end in Manchester. I’ve visited the store several times, and every time I was helped by the same sales assistant 🌸Izzy🌸, she is honestly amazing. She always gives great, stylish advice, has a wonderful sense of fashion, and is such a genuinely pleasant person to talk to. What I really appreciate is that she treats you kindly and professionally even if you don’t end up buying anything — there’s never any pressure, just sincere help and support. Today I finally made a purchase and was so happy to see her again. As always, she helped me perfectly and made the whole experience enjoyable. Service in store was excellent and informative about their returns policy. I've however tried to call the store about five times over the last two days, because I want to return an item for a smaller size. The size I want isn't listed on END's website, but is on the designers website. So I've tried to call the store multiple times to check their stock before taking the item back. I live about 40 minutes outside of the city centre, so I don't want to waste my time before visiting. A simple phone call would help clear up any questions... What is the point in having a phone number advertised, if you don't use it?
