This is a great place to stay in Manchester, just a few minutes walk from Victoria, and dead easy to get to the shops and bars. The place is high spec and is a nice place to stay, nice furniture, coffee machine, kettle, amazing shower and pool and spa. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues in the changing rooms but very minor indeed. Customer service is amazing. A special mention to Anastasiia P who worked with us to accommodate some challenging travel circumstances with courtesy and professionalism. The breakfast is a lovely experience too, well above the typical hotel breakfast.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The bed and pillows were filthy and covered in hair absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. The mattress felt like concrete, and instead of a proper bed it was two separate mattresses pushed together like a cheap hostel setup. Shockingly, the sofa bed was more comfortable than the actual bed, which is embarrassing for a “hotel room.” Save your money and stay literally anywhere else. 👎

Booked a one night stay as I was going to a concert at the Bridgewater Hall. There was quite a queue at reception for checking in but the lady behind the desk soon dealt with it and it was an easy process. I'm currently on crutches and was given the room closest to the lift which was extremely helpful and appreciated! The room was lovely, very well equipped, plenty of room, light and the perfect temperature (for a 50 something lady!). It was really quiet even though it overlooked the road and I slept really well........until the bells, beautiful, but don't expect a lie in on a Sunday!! The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because of the shower. It was treacherous. The shower tray was so slippery I was terrified to move so it was far from relaxing. I searched for something non-slip but nothing was provided.
