Honestly shocking service. The guys are actually alright. The blonde lady with short hair is appalling! One of the rudest ever! She clearly doesn’t want to be there and it shows! Every time I need to ship a parcel she keeps sighing and make an annoyed look like I am actually bothering her!!!! Every single time!!!! She never says hello or thank you and she always looks like she hates it there! Also look at the review! Every single person who encountered her had the same bad experience! Why is she still there?????????
If there was an option to leave a 0 star review I would. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews but after the service at this place I had to. The short older grey haired woman has to be the rudest person I have ever encountered. I had an Evri parcel to return so I went up to her to ask to do a return as with most places you hand it at the till. “PRINTER IS OVER THERE” in the most patronising voice as if I was supposed to know this, it’s also hidden behind an aisle you don’t see this as you walk in. Then she says “get your ID out” I said I didn’t have it sorry I didn’t realise I needed it, I asked her if she could put it aside for me and I will go home and grab it. Then she says “move over there”, digs out my parcels and pretty much throws them at me, is huffing and puffing and mumbling complaining. I went to say thank you and she walked off in a huff, I was actually going to buy stuff here too but I ended up going out my way to go to a different shop as I didn’t want to deal with her any longer. She is absolutely horrible, patronising and nasty. Clearly has no manners or customer service skills, or people skills in fact. The guys are great and should be on the till.
I used to come in about 6 months ago (night times mostly) where i was always served by two English men with beards who i could always have a laugh with and was always very helpful. Now i come in to staff who do not know where anything is, very unhelpful and always on their phones. Do not get me started with the old lady in the mornings. Was 4 stars is now 1 star.
