I’ve been coming to House of Finesse in Urmston for years now and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Every single time I visit I have such an amazing experience, no matter which member of staff I’m booked in with. The salon has the best energy – it’s always so welcoming, friendly and professional, and you genuinely feel looked after from the moment you walk in. The whole team across both salons are absolutely lovely and provide such fantastic customer service. They always listen to what I want, take the time to understand my needs, and I always leave feeling so happy with my hair. Also… a special mention because the owner always makes sure you’ve got a brew ☕️😂 and as someone who loves a coffee, it honestly just makes it my favourite place to be. Such a gorgeous salon with the nicest staff – wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Absolutely incredible experience! I cannot recommend this highly enough! It was my first time at the salon and definitely won’t be my last! Annie gave me full head highlights and lowlights with a root smudge, and she also cut me a new style too. She also gave helpful advice when I wasn’t 100% on what exactly I was asking for. She was absolutely brilliant - super attentive and friendly - and the result is even better than I was expecting. I will certainly be returning 💚.
Had a wonderful experience at HOF in Urmston. I was greeted with a lovely smile and a delicious cup of coffee. Visited the salon on one of the regular staff training days. Georgia cut my hair perfectly, closely monitored by Lauren one of the senior stylist. It’s wonderful to witness, first hand such a structured and supportive learning environment for young apprentices, especially during these tough times, when the training and development budget, is usually the first to be cut. I don’t think there are many salons that can boast having staff trained to degree level and it is wonderful for the young apprentices to aspire to this. Well done to team HOF. Thanks for a wonderful pampering experience and a great hair cut.
