The guest house is unstaffed. You let yourself in with a key code, so it has an unwelcoming and slightly unsafe feeling.||The hallway smells of damp. It is on a busy road. There is litter in the front garden. The walls are thin, so the place is noisy.||There is no soap or bin in the room. ||The room was clean and a decent size. But this place needs to have a staffed reception to feel safe. Reading the comments it seems to have lost that at some point.||It's cheap. But you can get cheaper at a student place, and that will feel safe.

Nice little bed and breakfast. We had a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival. Comfortable bed with warm duvet. Had tea/coffee making facilities and breakfast tray. Room was nice and tidy. However we had the room right and the top which had a leaky skylight window, the sink had a crack in it and the plug didn't stay in the hole.
