I came in looking for a grey pair of cargo trousers, and Claire went out of her way to help me — taking real time and effort to come over, check sizing properly, and make sure I found the right fit. This wasn’t something she had to do, and especially stood out because I hadn’t received that level of service in other shops that day. As someone who works in business myself and owns a business, customer service is the one thing I value above any brand name or product. What Claire offered was exactly that — genuine, human-to-human care. It felt professional, thoughtful, and sincere, and it honestly meant a lot.
