Both members of staff in Vans today were above and beyond nice! Cannot fault them in any way! The young girl was so bubbly and lovely chatting with her and the young man helped us find what we needed in the right size and chatted with us too. Super lovely and helpful! Thank you so much

I just had to take a moment to share the amazing experience I had with the customer service team at the Vans store in the Trafford Centre! A huge shoutout to Liam, Joe, and Molly – they were all exceptional in every way. From the moment I walked in, their cheerful energy made me feel so welcome. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products, which made my shopping experience so much easier and enjoyable. Joe, in particular, had the most lovely smile and went above and beyond to assist me with my beanie hat purchase alongside my Vans shoes. It was clear that he truly cared about making sure I had exactly what I needed! What stood out the most was how much effort all three of them put into ensuring I had the best possible shopping experience. Their customer service was second to none – so genuine, so thoughtful, and so friendly. It's rare to come across a team that makes you feel so valued, and I honestly can't thank them enough. My favourite clothes shop in the Trafford Centre! it would get a 5 star if they had more choice in clothes. Excellent quality products. staff are always on hand to assist. very helpful
