I love the base soup no. 1 on the menu. The best part it can be made none spicy! 👍🏼😋 The beef tendon is so tender and melts in your mouth. I would recommend the knife cut noodles or the fine noodles. Always look forward to eating here when I pass by.
Arriving during the quiet hours meant easy parking and a pleasantly cozy dining experience. Despite not being a big fan of rice noodles, I was really impressed! The flavours were delicious, and I'm excited to return and sample more of their menu – especially the different broths.
This is an authentic Taiwanese cuisine restaurant that is run by a young Hong Konger couple. Turtley Wok is typically a family - run restaurant, having not a spacious dining hall but it can occupy almost 30 people. The noodles in the soya spup base and iceberg gyozas are at a good quality which I shall recommend. In the sigature noodle, you can add in your favorable choices of stuffs,such as the beef brisket and tendon, fluffy fish puff and sweet & sour stew ribs. But still there are remaining numbers of choices to add in your bowel of noodele. The briskets and tendons are good tender of chewing of tender briskets with a silky soya soup base. Still feeling starving, the crispy Taiwanese style crepe is a good side dish to fill your stomach. I must admire the chef of Turtley Wok as she has a mind of of intention giving the goutmets the good bite of authentic Taiwaness foods.
