Living nearby needing groceries it’s a perfect spot but the man working on self check out is disturbing. From reading other comments I genuinely don’t know how he hasn’t been fired yet. So uncomfortable, so loud and so aggressive. I placed my basket down to start scanning and get yelled at multiple times incredibly loudly to move to another one for literally no reason. Everyone stared and he should “girl in the grey jumper” on the top of his lungs honestly never been so shocked as we was a meter apart he could have came to me and asked me to move but instead wanted to embarrass me. He needs to go.

Self checkout Irish gentleman has the customer service of a dog. Face of thunder and walking around with bags in his hands when you have 2 perfectly good empty stands for bags. Having to chase him around for a bag and the stench of this worker is unbearable. I come in every day and it’s the same smell, basic hygiene for a customer facing role should be Important I know its a touchy subject but it’s sour and hits the nose walking to the self checkout. The whole self checkout smells of a bitter BO smell every time. Rather have words or have him In a place where this won’t affect customers walking through to pay. Looking at the other reviews it’s clear you aren’t listening to them.

Employ more self checkout staff, is this just the extra margins you make by not employing enough staff. Why is customer experience always forfeited? I’m beginning to despise Sainsbury’s with there antics of barriers blocking exit, where staff are too busy to be available to open them even when I’ve bought nothing + youre rollout computerised replacements of people. Fix your company policies and employ more people
