Recently ordered some outfits for my twin grandsons christening, one was correctly sized the other wasn’t, however the company sorted it out within days of me notifying them. I reordered a correctly sized size again as I was worried we would be without an outfit on the day. The new outfit arrived promptly the company emailed with an apology for the wrong sized one, plus a refund. Another bonus is the outfit is lovely and good quality. When I contacted ROCO to chase up a refund, they were quick to act and respond within 24 hours. Within two days the order was located as I didn't have the order number and my refund was issued immediately. The quality of the clothes was excellent but just didn't fit. I would certainly purchase from ROCO again because of the way in which they professionally handled the issue and I didn't have to chase them.
