If there was an option for 0 stars I would give. Shocking customer service. Rang my mobile on my grand mother’s funeral, shouting at me down the phone that I was a day out of the returns date. Sent the shoes back as they didn’t fit my little girl, never worn still in the packaging!! Absolute disgrace customer service and should be ashamed of the way they have behaved.
First time for my children today I felt so comfortable around everyone everyone helps and the place is amazing the clothing is unbelievable! My oldest come out and said she was so happy! And can’t wait to attend back thank you again to Alice and the rest today was amazing
