Oh how I adore New Look. It’s by far my favourite clothes shop. The prices vary between expensive and average, the quality is average but the clothes are super cute! I always visit New Look when I go to the Trafford Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is clean and well presented!
Excellent store, really large with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liv was especially helpful with my not-so-tech-savvy mum who wanted to return an online order in store in helping her generate the right documents there and then on her phone.
