I returned an item in store while visiting Manchester. The cashier told me the refund would automatically go back to my debit card, but it was incorrectly processed as a cash refund and no cash was given. As a result, I was left without my money over the Christmas period and eventually had to recover it through my bank, after receiving inconsistent and unhelpful responses from customer services. The assistant manager was helpful and confirmed this has happened before. The situation caused unnecessary stress, and if I hadn’t kept my returns receipt, I would have lost my money entirely. Cashiers should be more mindful when processing refunds.

Was really nice to see that Mango was back at the Trafford Centre on my visit the other day. Had a really nice young lad called Louis help guide me with different outfit choices for an event I was going to that evening. He seemed to know a lot about the new collection that Mango had featured at the front of the store. I can say that I left feeling very satisfied and was nice to speak to someone who had so much knowledge about the store.
