I can't tell you how over whelmed we was with the high level of service from Becca And Dylon. Nothing was too much supporting us for a graduation dress and accessorising. Visited this shop on the 15/01/2026, the customer service was brilliant honestly, I tried a ridiculous amount of shoes on and Dylan was absolutely brilliant. Very attentive and kind person, his knowledge of the stock in the shop was impressive aswell, very good recommendations ! Definitely the best customer service I’ve received in Trafford centre, will shop here again.
I visited the Quiz store at the Trafford Centre in a bit of a panic, just a few days before a family wedding. I had already bought a dress online but was struggling to find accessories to match — and I still needed something for my young daughter too! The young boy who helped was absolutely amazing from the moment he asked me if I needed any help. He took the time to help me find the perfect bag and fascinator in-store, and even helped me order a beautiful pair of shoes online to complete the look. He really went the extra mile and even suggested a great backup outfit for my daughter, just in case. His advice was so thoughtful and reassuring. Another lovely member of staff (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name!) then helped me find the perfect shoes for my daughter — everything came together beautifully just in time for the big day. I honestly can’t thank the team enough. The customer service was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family!
