Lovely staff and a very clean shop
staff letting numerous people line up and wait while some scruffy woman stands around at the front of the queue with her loud kids putting things on the til for about 10 mins and getting her kids to go round the shop and put more stuff on the till. told the lady she was being rude as she was just standing there, going outside to get different payment methods, zero consideration for the people in the shop. i guarantee now she didn’t have the money the absolute state of her. and i’ve been screamed at all the way down the street by this lady for calmly telling her it’s a bit rude. staff on the til was rude too, telling me to come to the til only to then ignore me and carry on serving the aggressive lady. rude service and needs security for the scruffs who go in there acting like they run the shop. won’t be going back and want an apology from staff
Front of store never cleaned by staff, gutter along this section is always filthy so don't expect their hygiene standards inside to be much better than this.
