I went to the shop for the 1st time and for my surprise today I wanted to have a tea and toast that I bought from the shop and that validate date passed since 19/04/2023 and I bought it on the 06/06/2023 almost 2 months after passed and I only noticed because of the smell of it when I opened it…..🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ Today 26th August 2024 I sent my sons to go buy the bad of bread I used to buy there for 3 months now and that came 25 breads inside and cost £6, but every time I sent my sons to go buy it they increase it, the first time it was £6,25 I let it pass and today they charged my son £7 I call him asking why and to pass the phone to the men there and I asked him if the units were increased and his excuse were that the bread is bigger andis 25 units of the bread and I asked my son if the size changed because I have been there last Monday he said no is the same and the men got the nerve to tell me on the phone that I owe him more £1 for the same type of bread and unit. I said my sons to wait there and I went to the shop to speak with him and I asked him why he charged my son £7 he said no the bread is £6 I opened my online banking to show him that he charged £7 and he said that he didn't charged £7 but £6 and it was the machine who did the mistake like I was born yesterday and I told him that every time I send my sons to go buy something there that I use to buy at one price they increase more for my son's ripping them off, for many can think £1 pound doesn't make difference but it does because if you're sort 1p on tesco or aldi they won't let you take the groceries you gotta leave something behind so I don't think they really are honest at all they give the different prices depending on the people's face and it's by taking penny by penny or even £1 they earn more by ripping off people who wake up early to go work and on the end of the day pass by the shop to buy some breakfast for the next morning and they rip you off just like that I never gonna buy anything there ever again.

Front of store area never clean, always littered, the bin stinks & they leave delivery crates outside all day for dogs to urinate on. No confidence the hygiene behind the Deli in-store is any better so avoid if you value cleanliness
