Amazing service from the amazing dentist Mohammed! I started going to see him a few years back with not very good teeth. He has helped me so much and now I have great new smile. Also the reception staff are all so lovely xx
This was a scheduled check-up. When the dentist asked how they could help, I explained that it was a routine check-up, and they responded that it should be done every two years. The dentist then examined my teeth and stated that two required fillings and that I would need to book another appointment. The entire check-up lasted only about five minutes, with no detailed explanation of the findings or how the fillings would be carried out. In addition, the manner of communication felt abrupt and impolite, which made the experience uncomfortable. While my previous experiences with this clinic were positive, this visit did not meet the same standard. The overall service level appears to be declining, and as a result, I have decided to seek treatment at a private dental clinic for a more professional, attentive, and respectful service.
Firat time here. First time to dentist for a while. Happy to get an appointment! Dr Rucha Desai was patient and kind. As were the ladies at the front office. Clinic spotless with spacious waiting room and facilities. Thank you all.
