It's not often I leave a review, but I was amazed with the service of SMDEC Stretford. I was in agonising pain with a tooth, so much so I contemplated ripping it out myself. An appointment was made promptly and I made my way over. The dentist was amazing. She explained every single step before she extracted my tooth, took the time to show me my x rays and what the problem was, took my advice on board (it takes a lot of numbing agent for me) but she listened and took it on board, doubling the dosage without any further questions. The extraction was quick and almost painless. Thoroughly recommend.
SMDEC took me for an appointment at late notice on a Saturday. They were nothing short of friendly and professional. They handled my procedure quickly and efficiently, with great emphasis on the after care. Better than my own dentist!
Visited this dentist today for an emergency appointment. I had a lovely experience the staff was so welcoming at reception when I arrived. When I seen the dentist Adrian Moore he was absolutely lovely and so good at his job very professional. Thank you for everything today I have walked away pain free . Can't thank you enough should be 10 stars highly recommended
