What a fantastic service.Both Charlotte and Esra were amazing and are real credit to the team. I needed an extraction and even though i have had lots of teeth out over the years i am still a very anxious patient.Both ladies were both so empathetic towards my anxiety and just being able to put my earpods in and listen to a podcast made the experience so much more manageable. I had an x-ray and then all of my options were explained including the prices for each option. Esra was incredible during the procedure gently wiggling the tooth until it came free rather than the rough brute force butchers that i have had experiences with to in the past at other practices. No sooner as i had put my headphones in,lay back it was all done and i was biting down on the gauze. The whole procedure took less than 10 minutes and i would say closer to 5 mins. I get that some people might think that the price is high but this is a private practice not NHS and it reflected because this is the first time i have ever gone private but it was the best experience i have ever had at a dental practice and i have no issues paying the premium rates. I recommend this dentist to everyone.
After years of dental neglect due to a fear of dentists I had to attend Peel Green, first as part of an emergency dental appointment and then after signing as a patient for follow up work. The staff (dentist, nurse, receptionist and hygienist) and service are amazing and even though I am still full of fear on subsequent appointments, the care and patience shown by all the staff is greatly appreciated. Thankyou
I appreciated the quick access to dental treatment. However, I was disappointed that the clinic lacked what I would have thought was commonplace for a dental office (namely dental suction). Additionally, the charge for treatment is very high and yet doesn’t include things like a prescription charge. The advice regarding aftercare was minimal in terms of guidance about pain relief and where to seek help if there were any problems post procedure.
