am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel completely misled. I paid over £7,000 upfront after being repeatedly reassured by Dr Mansoor and staff that I would leave with matching top and bottom teeth, and that my bottom teeth were included in the treatment plan. This was a major concern of mine and I asked multiple times for reassurance, which I was given. I was also told I would be properly sedated and would not feel or remember the procedure. None of this turned out to be true. The sedation had no effect whatsoever, despite this being part of what I paid for. I have a medical background and do not believe it was administered correctly. I underwent extensive work in one appointment, including six root canals, which resulted in severe swelling, heavy bleeding, and extreme distress. The environment felt chaotic, with staff coming in and out during my procedure, and the suction machine breaking to the point I was gagging and choking. When shown the results, I was devastated. My top and bottom teeth do not match, and I later discovered my bottom teeth were not fully completed (I was told six composite fillings were included, only five were done). I was promised a refund for incomplete work, which has never been given. Since then, I’ve had to return multiple times due to a visible crack and ongoing pain and sensitivity. Instead of a proper fix, temporary gels and filing have been done, leaving me feeling like a yo-yo in what was marketed as “teeth in a day”. What has been most upsetting is that Dr Mansoor now denies saying: that sedation would prevent pain or memory that my bottom teeth were included Despite these conversations taking place in front of staff witnesses. This experience was meant to be life-changing. Instead, I am left feeling hurt, embarrassed by my appearance, physically uncomfortable, and completely let down. It feels very much like once payment is taken upfront, patient care becomes secondary. I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to get everything in writing and proceed with caution.

I had my consultation with Dr Dharmesh and he provided a great service with expert advice. We have continued with Smile White aligners, heath check & a filling to kickstart the process to Nano-fill. Elle, Elizabeth & Minnie have been awesome with their support and hospitality from the initial phone call. I would certainly recommend YDS to anyone in the future.

I was referred to this clinic by white smile for aliners. First appointment was great, lots of promises everyone friendly. Was told will resive next appointment within couple days, not heard anything for ages, then someone tried calling couple of times without informing in advance and after I call back I would not be put through the person that was calling. 3months later still nothing started. Finally got my appointment for hydgene after 3month wait but unfortunately at night start being so severally sick with food poisoning that led me to miscarriage also so had to cancel appointment in the morning. Got another appointment 2weeks later turn up, had to wait 30min not a problem. Done hydgene , half time explained how to floss took her time 45min and charged extra because she's gone over time, my teeth wasn't even that bad that's what she said so why go over time talking for so long, paid for that and receptionist told me I have to pay another £92 for appointment I cancelled couple of hours before when I was ill and had miscarriage 2 weeks ago as they Policy is 48 hours before appointment. I wasn't ill 48hours before. So they expected me to turn up for my appointment covered in sick, and blood?. This was my braking point. No companion, no regard for patient wellbeing, no understanding. All this company thinks is about the money . Very disappointed and distressed today. Will try to find finish my aliners somewhere else. I have all my medical records to show if needed.
