£9.40 for One Chips & Gravy and two Pies. Seriously.! What happened to Chippy's being a cheap way to feed a family occasionally, or grab a cheap bite to eat. This place also lacked atmosphere, a welcoming smile, and the chips were mediocre. Sorry, won't be returning.
Located opposite Trafford General Hospital, Neptune used to be an okay chippy to go to on occasion for lunch. What's happened! Chips were simultaneously brown, burnt, cold and soggy with a horrid stale oil taste. Most of them went straight in the bin. I suffered from bad stomach cramps all afternoon 🤢
Much much improved from the last time. Chips werefantastic. If the large fish was a bit larger it would be perfection.
