Got given a pizza with absolutely no flavour and a handful of curly fries for almost £13. The staff kept trying to give me the wrong order and I had to repeat what I'd ordered 3 times at least! The best part about the food (the only edible part) was the handful of curly fries that cost nearly £4!
My shop is near this shop and I have ordered different dishes several times and they are all very tasty and have great flavor. The shop is very clean and has high energy. Very reasonable price. All the staff and managers are very kind and friendly. I recommend that you definitely try the food of this place and enjoy it too.😋😋😋
got these weird workers that don’t even understand English and struggle to speak English. I phone ordered for a spicy burger meal NO MAYONNAISE, I TOLD THE WORKER OVER THE PHONE 3 TIMES IM ALLERGIC TO MAYONNAISE. Yet when I went to collect the food I told him please make sure NO MAYONNAISE. After getting told over the phone my order will be ready in 5 mins I went in store and waited another 15 mins. The workers was more concerned about having a conversation with the female worker rather than focusing on preparing my order. Once I got my food I’ve left and went to eat in the car. Bear IN MIND IM ALLERGIC TO MAYONNAISE I took my first bite and it was just covered with mayonnaise inside the burger. After going back in to tell the worker without even apologising he goes would you like a new one, and that was my lease concern at the moment of time knowing very well I told him multiple times not to put mayonnaise in as I’m allergic to it. I asked him how long will a new one take and he told me 10/15 minutes so I asked for my money back and he made a comment which I told him to repeat as I didn’t catch what he said, and he told me with a smile it’s normal to make mistakes which then I told him yes it is but you got to understand I’m allergic to mayonnaise it’s not a case that I don’t like it, IM ALLERGIC. Food was decent but workers let it down so if the owner see this. Get rid off these people and hire professional
