Came to the friends and family day, bolu was at the door and what a greeting such a lovely lad... Michael was very good with us and very helpful and welcoming. James came over and chatted with us lovely lad. Great food really quick service. Thank you so we will be back.
First time after being opened i met Mazz the so called manager ,i used the touch screen to make my order and its easily to make mistakes but Mazz the hero manager refused to retify the order because he owns the place it gets better the staff member who served me kindly said he will sort it calls Mazz over who went against his service , shameful Mazz then i went back to re adjust my order and wanted the change to go to who served me for the 2nd time Girl called Lucy guess who swiped his key on the checkout as if he served me Mazz !! I will be going again as my previous experience the staff are top Lose Mazz Sale KFc his Service will shut kfc down as im a local in sale il spread the word rapid
Myself and my wife have just bought the worst takeaway meal we have ever had, chips were cold and your chicken was a disgrace We only spent around £14 i am honestly flabbergasted that your staff thought it was OK to serve this so called food across the counter,I have many times been and enjoyed kfc meals in various restaurants across the country,but I cannot see us visiting your restaurant in sale again. Very dissapointing
