The staff were very helpful and friendly. Between ordering and getting our food was quick and efficent. There was pages and colours for the children to colour which is good and helpful as parents know its hard to try and keep kids entertained. The only downfall was the place was freezing and it made the food go cold very quick. Definetly could do with another set of doors to block out that cold.
Food is standard for maccies. Very slow getting food out, never seame get it right. Some are staff come across rude or dont care. Are very few that are nice. No napkins available have ask. Some happy give you them while others grumpy about it give you one. Only praise i can give is to one of the workers is will hes nice always smiling happy to chat works hard
Overall the restaurant is not that bad. But the speed of order assembly and accuracy is not at all at a good level. First, the salad was brought with no dressing. And afterwards it turned out that the salad was not the one ordered. I didn't ask for it to be changed, as the staff are always busy and the service takes a long time.
